Get ready for the first annual 'Waddle the Mount'! A penguin-themed charity fun-run around Mount Maunganui’s base track. 👣  👣  👣

Support the Kororā (little blue penguins) and the Western Bay Wildlife Trust.  🏅 Penguin themed dress up is encouraged, with spot prizes up for grabs and free activities for the whole family.

Starting on the grass outside the Mount Lifeguard service. Arrive, check in (to be entered in the spot prize draws) and show off your Penguin costume!

🏅 This is not a speed race, but there maybe some spot prizes for those who "Waddle" the fastest.

 🐧Where: Meet on the grass near the surf club, surf side of the Mount

 🐧 Community Spirit: Whether you're walking with friends, family, colleagues, or classmates, this is a great opportunity to bond and make memories while supporting a vital local cause.

All proceeds from tickets and donations will go to Western Bay Wildlife Trust, the guardians of the Mount's Little Blue Penguins.
