Come along to our workshop to learn about harakeke.

The Nga Ara o Tapora Charitable trust welcomes you to our workshop to harvest, process & weave putiputi (flowers) with us.

This is a chance for you to gain knowledge about the harakeke plant, and learn how to cut and prepare it properly for weaving.

This workshop will include:
-Cultural practices of working within raranga tikanga.

-Light snack: Steamed Hangi - done in the steam box.

There are limited spots available so get in quick to register.
Tickets cost $10 per person and include a light lunch.
