Komorebi Series

Komorebi Series - Where golden light dances through the leaves

Experience the Japanese concept of shirin-yoku forest bathing with our transformative walks in Waikareao Estuary over dates

  • 17 & 24 November, 8 & 15 December, 10:00am - 12:00pm
  • $40 each or $120 for all dates

The relationship begins a time during this slow walk to communicate with nature. To honour the interplay of light and shadow. To be part of nature as it nourishes us with beautiful mosaics of light.

Immerse yourself in the gentle rhythms of nature as filtered sunshine creates a cathedral of natural light through the trees, and the birdsong and water nurture our being.

These 4 unique sessions blend the ancient practice of forest bathing (shirin-yoku) with mindful celebration offering deeply restorative experiences. The 4 walks deepen the connection to being in nature.

Watch and feel the nature connections and invoke the invitations offered as you feel the power of restoration and a sense of ease, creativity and calm.

Call or text Jill Berryman to confirm your booking and the meeting place: Jill Berryman Certified Forest Therapy Guide 0223567615.
