To be part of nature as it nourishes us with beautiful mosaics of light. \nImmerse yourself in the gentle rhythms of nature as filtered sunshine creates a cathedral of natural light through the trees\, and the birdsong and water nurture our being. \nThese 4 unique sessions blend the ancient practice of forest bathing (shirin-yoku) with mindful celebration offering deeply restorative experiences.
