Come and see us at the Cargo Shed in Tauranga for Climate Canvas, a free visual art exhibition showcasing this year's outstanding finalists. Each piece reimagines our changing environment through creativity, hope, and innovation - offering a moving, and thought-provoking look at how our community sees the world around us, and the future we're shaping together.

This year's theme, Precious Resources, invites artists to explore what we stand to lose and what's worth protecting as our environment changes. Expect beautiful, and at times, deeply personal works that celebrate the resources we too often take for granted: water, soil, forests, community, and connection.

Entry is completely free, so bring the whānau, bring your friends, and come be inspired. We'd also love to welcome school and community groups. Get in touch if you'd like to bring a group along.

Hours: 9am–1pm daily

Don't forget to cast your vote at the exhibition for the People's Choice Award. Voting is open any time during opening hours, so come along and have your say on your favourite piece! The winning artist will win $300 thanks to Creative Bay of Plenty.

While you're there, have a go on the Community Loom Project, our special collaborative art experience. Weave a thread, add a row, and become part of a living tapestry shaped by everyone who visits - a piece that grows a little more with each pair of hands.
