A hands-on workshop with Think Little. Learn a simple, reliable method for making sauerkraut and other lacto-ferments.
We’ll discuss the history of this ancient preservation method, and its benefits, guide you through common mistakes and do some taste testing too.
Cost includes ingredients and equipment to make and take home your own jar of kraut.
