just want to talk to someone, face to face, in your own community.
That’s exactly what Heartlands offers.
Most of our more than 35 Heartland Centres are located in rural communities that don’t have easy access to government services. In addition, we have 12 Heartland Outreach Centres that operate from existing community facilities in more remote areas, providing a level of personal service that is generally only available in urban centres.
