Welcome to the Eastern Bay of Plenty Beekeepers Club. Our group was formed as a network group for local Beekeepers.
- Sharing knowledge & resources.
- Community focused group.
- Promoting ethical Beekeeping practice.
The club will run open club days, and monthly meets throughout the Eastern Bay of Plenty districts.
The club is currently in discussions with Kawerau Urban Fruit Forest (K.U.F.F), who would like to use the club resources at a proposed fruit forest at the former Kawerau Intermediate at River Road.
Details to be confirmed on the clubs opening day. At this stage we are looking at the first Saturday of each month (weather pending, then Sunday.)
We are looking to run workshops every Thursday for Community Education Groups, alongside the K.U.F.F program.
The Club will run Facebook live during its monthly meetings allowing members to tune in.
