A hands-on workshop to learn a simple, reliable method for making sauerkraut and other lacto-ferments. We’ll discuss the history of this ancient preservation method, its benefits, guide you through common mistakes and do some taste testing too. Cost includes ingredients & equipment to make and take home your own jar of kraut.
