9:30 am - 2:00 pm
Join us for a creative and relaxing session where we’ll use foraged plants to create beautiful botanical prints on recycled cotton fabric, using the Japanese hammering technique known as Tataki-zone. With our guidance, you’ll learn which plants produce the best results through play and experimentation.
Next, we'll head to the sewing machines to transform your printed fabric into a handmade eye pillow / heat pack / ice pack. This is a great chance to develop your sewing skills, and you’ll leave with a unique, functional item crafted by you.
To continue your creative journey at home, you'll also receive the eye pillow paper pattern and a selection of dye plant seeds.
Choose from the Adults session at 9:30am or the Kids & Adults session at 2:00pm
