Account Deletion – Green Team App

 

Green Team is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your data.

If you would like to delete your Green Team account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Green Team account:

  • Email us at admin@envirohub.org.nz
  • Use the subject line: “Green Team – Account Deletion Request”
  • Include:
    • The email address you used to sign up for the Green Team app
    • (Optional) Your username or organisation name, if applicable

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion.

What data is deleted

When your Green Team account is deleted, we will permanently delete:

  • Your user account and login details
  • Your name and email address
  • Any profile information linked to your account
  • Activity or participation data associated with your account within the Green Team app

What data may be retained

We may retain limited information where required for:

  • Legal, regulatory, or auditing purposes
  • Fraud prevention or security obligations

Any retained data is kept securely and only for the minimum period required by law.

Timeframe

  • Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days
