White Horse Drive Weed Busters with Whakatane Kiwi Trust
Keen to make a difference in your neighbourhood? Come and help our weed-busting team clean up the reserve on White Horse Drive on Saturday the 13th of August at 1 pm!
Meet at White Horse Drive, Opposite Orchid Rise. Please bring your own gardening gloves and equipment (e.g. loppers, garden saws, grubbers) if possible.
Our main target species are jasmine (Jasminum polyanthum), wild ginger (Hedychium gardnerianum), and Taiwan cherry trees (Prunus campanulata).
