reen Drinks and Rotorua Forest & Bird have joined forces to host an evening where issues of conservation and sustainability will be discussed.
Monday 14 September, 5:30 pm.
Pullman Hotel, 1135 Arawa St
This will be held in the Te Taumata room on the first floor of the Pullman Hotel. There will be a cash bar in the room so guests may gather from 5:30pm to get a drink, and converse about politics.
Candidates attending are Todd McClay (National), Fisher Wang (Labour), Finn Liley (Opportunity) and Billy Brown (NZ First).
At 6pm, our MC will kick off proceedings. Each candidate will have 2 and half minutes to introduce themselves. There are then 5 previously circulated questions for each candidate to respond to.
There should then be time for a few questions from the audience, with the formal part of the evening ending by 8pm.
Come along and hear what these candidates have to say about important issues such as the recent removal of environmental safeguards, renewable and affordable energy, emissions targets, and other highly relevant issues affecting us all.
See you there.
