Join us for a hands-on introduction to growing oyster mushrooms at home using grow bags. You'll learn each step of the process—from choosing and mixing substrates to sterilization, inoculation, colonization, and fruiting. We’ll explore what makes oyster mushrooms such a sustainable and rewarding crop, and how to set up a small-scale growing system in your own space. Whether you're a beginner or a backyard grower looking to expand your skills, this workshop will equip you with practical knowledge and confidence. Equipment and starter kits will be available for purchase at the end. Grow your own gourmet food at home!
