DESCRIPTION:Curious about what you can actually grow in winter in the BOP? \nJoin us for a relaxed visit to a local home garden\, where Steve & Jill from Tauranga Crop Swap and Think Little\, will share what grows well through the colder months in our region\, \nYou’ll see what’s thriving right now\, hear what’s working (and what’s not)\, and pick up simple\, practical ideas you can try at home. \nThis event follows the monthly crop swap in Tauranga. You are welcome to come to the Crop Swap\, just the garden visit or both! All are welcome. \nExpect an approachable\, honest look at winter gardening\, with plenty of time for questions and conversation. \n\nWhen: Sunday 31st May. Garden Tour from 11am. \nWhere: Arataki area\, exact address show on the confirmation screen\, after you have registered for your ticket. Be sure to scroll down and view it. \n  \nMore about the Crop Swap happening in the same location from 10am: \nCrop Swap Tauranga is a gathering for community minded people who love gardening which happens on the last Sunday of each month from 10am – 11am. \nWe come together with a mindset of abundance\, give with generosity and take mindfully. Bring a little of what you might have in your garden to share. Home produce such as seeds\, seedlings\, vegetables\, fruit\, preserves\, baking\, even homemade crafts are welcome! Sign in\, add your offerings to the table and mix and mingle and share gardening knowledge and tips. At 10.30 we ring the bell and everyone participating is free to take a little of what is on offer. \nNo money changes hands – just give a little\, take a little.
