DESCRIPTION:Our sessions are well patronaged with people that are wanting to continue to play\, learn some new skills and most importantly socialise. With modified rules the game becomes quite manageable for the older player. No running and no jumping\, but everything else that basketball encourages\, passing\, catching\, rebounding\, defending\, shooting and playing in a team environment.
