Let’s look at reducing food waste by assessing what food gets wasted in your house and finding ways to create delicious meals from that before it gets wasted. \nPresentation by Envirohub BOP specialist Hannah Cousar to help you understand the food waste problem we have\, followed by comments from local kai resiliance advocates and a round table question and answer session to finish up. We’ll be following up to get some feedback on what delicious meals you have made! \nStart today by jotting down what’s in your fridge one night of each week in May.
