DESCRIPTION:Quarry Park members\, volunteers and supporters\, \nYou are  invited  to the AGM of Te Puna Quarry Park on Tuesday 17 Dec 2024 at 1 pm\, and to a sandwich-style lunch prior to the AGM\, starting at 12:15pm\, both in the Gallery at the Quarry Park.   \nEverybody is welcome\, but only paid-up members can vote. \nAgenda items include President’s report; Performance report\, Treasurer’s report; \nHealth & Safety report; Constitution\, Election of next year’s committee. \nThe current committee comprises of:   \n\nPresident: Shona Purves\,\nVice President & Treasurer: Ian Cross\nSecretary: Elly Nederhoff\nCommittee members: Dulcie Artus\, Ruth Dainty\, Jo Dawkins\, Rosalie Orr\nHealth & Safety officer outside the committee: Mike McCarthy\n\nNot standing for the 2025 committee: Elly Nederhoff. \nNominations for the committee can be emailed to tepunaquarrypark@gmail.com\, \naddressed to the president\, and must be received no later than Tuesday 10 Dec. \nPlease contact us if you would like to know more about becoming a Committee \nMember\, or if you want to receive a nomination form\, or the minutes of the 2023 AGM or the new (unconfirmed) Constitution.  All members have already received last year’s minutes and the Constitution with an email on 17 Nov.
