You’ll learn how to store food like a boss\, decode those pesky best-before dates\, use up leftovers\, and save enough to buy a yacht (okay\, maybe just a canoe).\nThis is a fun but informative session and you will leave inspired with a cool goodie bag full of samples to get you started.\nTicket price – $10\, get a goodie bag worth $40\nThis event is funded by Tauranga City Council’s Waste Levy Fund\, provided by the Ministry For the Environment.\n\n\nWhy join us? You will: \n\nLEARN\n the ‘what\, why\, and how’ of food waste. \n\nGATHER\n useful tips\, tricks and life hacks to help you reduce your food waste. \n\nADVANCE\n your food storage skills\, and general food knowledge\, and be inspired to make changes \n\n\nIf you find yourself throwing out foods that you never got around to eating\, the composter is overflowing\, or the dogs are getting slightly chunkier\, then this session is a must-attend!
