SUMMARY:Sewing Patchwork with Packaging - Waihi Beach
DESCRIPTION:In this Creative Sewing Workshop\, we will be covering the basics of using a machine sewing\, then diving into some upcycling.\n\nMaking use of discarded fabric packaging and other textile offcuts\, we will explore patchworking\, and you can use this technique to make a pair of kids patchwork pants or a bag.\n\nI will have pants patterns available for sizes 6 months up to 8 years. This is a chance to tap into your creativity\, become inspired by creating from recycled materials\, as well as learn a new life skill.\n\nExperience a Make and Mend workshop at a discounted price of $30 thanks to funding from @sustainablebackyards_bop and @envirohubbop as part of their month of Sustainable Events.\n\n Beginner friendly Waihi Beach – Friday 21st March\, 6:30pm – 9pm Tickets: $30\n\nTickets: $30 – This event is usually $45.
