DESCRIPTION:Come and join us for an open day in our Mara Kai. Connecting with what we are growing in the whenua\, and learning about some of our different growing practices. We will be talking through and doing an Autumn prune in our newly planted Syntropic Food Forest. As well as discussions around Kūmara. With a light lunch provided for us to share. \nWhen: Saturday 14th March\, 10am \nWhere: Kai Rotorua 540 Kaharoa Rd \nTickets: Free \nAccessibility – We want everyone to feel welcome at our events\, if you have any physical\, sensory\, or other accessibility needs\, please make contact ahead of time so we can support you.\nPhotography – Please note that photographs and videos may be taken at our events and used on our social media and website. If you or your children do not wish to be photographed\, just let a staff member or volunteer know when you arrive.\nTransport – To minimise environmental impact\, we encourage walking\, biking\, carpooling\, or using public transport to attend.
