DESCRIPTION:Interested to find out more about Pilates – say hello to our Sunshiner’s Club!\nThe Pilates Fix has teamed up with the Young at Heart Festival to offer an introduction to Pilates.\nCatering to those 65 years and over\, this session will provide to an introduction to Pilates\, our studio and our Sunshiner’s Club.\nOur Sunshiner’s Club class offers a variety of functional exercise routines which vary week to week. The aim is to increase mobility & stability\, increase overall strength & balance\, and ensure exercise choices improve the ability of day-to-day movement.\nCome along to meet our Sunshiners Club and join an introductory session\nSpaces are limited – email catherine@thepilatesfix.co.nz or call 07 220 9942\nWear comfortable exercise wear\, including a pair of socks
