She began growing King White Protea 12 years ago and gradually developed a small export business. Alongside this she began growing a variety of cut flowers and also flowering shrubs with the goal of having flowers to pick and sell all year round. Most recently she has developed a perennial garden.\n16 October – Growing from Seed\, Propagation and Soil (One Spot available!) Louise HardyLouise is a flower grower for The Floral Hub Tauranga with a passion for soil\, compost and growing from seed. With an education in the sciences and a previous holder of organic certification\, this knowledge is being used to foster healthy soil and plant growth.\n23 October – Practical: Planning and Planting a Small Garden (One Spot Available!) Chanel O’Connor (See bio above)\n30 October – Flower Care and Arrangement (Fully Booked!) Anna EngelsAnna Engels from Shade Studio is a botanical artist\, cut flower grower and carer of our natural environment.
