This is a FREE event to attend.\n\nDescription: \nJoin the Western Bay of Plenty District Council and the Waihī Beach Community Emergency Response Team for a clothing swap\, as part of the 2024 Tauranga & Western Bay Climate Action Festival \nWith a change of season\, why not update your wardrobe in a climate-friendly way? Bring along up to 5 good-quality clothing items to swap and get yourself a fresh wardrobe! \nJoin us for a relaxed evening overlooking the ocean to swap your clothes and learn a little about some climate actions you can do in your community. \nThe Waihī Beach RSA also happens to be the Waihī Beach Community Evacuation Hub for emergencies. Do you know your fastest and safest route there? With an increased risk of climate emergencies\, it might not be a bad idea to brush up on your emergency preparedness!
