DESCRIPTION:Learn to Compost\nLearn how to turn your food scraps into compost. \nAbout the event\nComposter Jason Wilkinson and LJ from Te Puke Landscape Supplies will teach us all about composting\, and we will create a compost together! \nThere will be a draw on the day for a compost bin donated by LJ from Te Puke Landscaping Supplies. \nEvent details\nDate: Sunday\, 20th September\nTime: 10am -12pm\nLocation: Giggles Early Learning Centre\, Commerce Lane\, Te Puke\nCost: Free\, but please register. \nWhat to bring\nPlease wear clothes that you don’t mind getting mucky in\, closed toe shoes\, bring gardening gloves if you have them and \nPlease bring any of the items below: \n\nCardboard\nCoffee grounds\nFood scraps\nSeaweed\nGreen waste\nHay/straw\nAnimal manure (chicken\, cow\, horse or sheep)\nSticks\n\nOrganised by COLAB\, Te Puke Maketū Kai Resilience Group\, Te Puke Landscape Supplies\, Mana Kai Mana Ora & Giggles Early Learning Centre.
