DESCRIPTION:Experience the amazing breeding colony of red-billed gulls\, including the critically endangered black-billed gulls as well as NZ dotterel.\nWe will supply breakfast and guided boat trips across to the bird colony on Maketū Spit.\nThis is an annual event hosted by Maketū Ōngātoro Wetland Society\, in collaboration with Maketū Rotary and Maketū Surf Lifesaving Club.\nThis is the premier wildlife experience in Te Ika a Maui.\n8-10am – Breakfast and bird colony trip\, last trip at 9.30am\n10-10.30am – MOWS AGM\nA koha towards MOWS would be greatly appreciated.\nEmail us for more information and to RSVP Janie@maketuwetlands.org.nz
